Social Work Supervision

 

Social Work Supervision for LCSW

Not only do I love helping my client’s with self discovery, I also love supporting clinicians coming into the field of social work looking to obtain their LCSW. Supervision sessions help MSWs and LSWs develop both personally and professionally in the field. Come prepared to learn more about your whole self as a clinician.

Supervision Requirements: 

  • Must be a MSW or LSW

  • BSW not qualified

  • Meet 4 hours a month minimum

  • Hours required to sit for LCSW:

    • 3,000 for MSW

    • 2,000 for PhD and DSW

  • Hours Required:

    • Full-Time 30-40 hours weekly

    • Part-Time 15-29 hours weekly

$100/hr

Individual Supervision 

Individual supervision consists of one on one time with Latania Franklin, LCSW. The individual will meet with Latania weekly for 1hr.

$50/group session

Group Supervision

Group supervision will consist of no more than 4 MSW or LSW clinicians. The group will meet twice a month for 2 hours.

Initial Consultation

We will speak over the phone about what you are looking for in a supervisor, if you have already completed your hours, and I can answer any questions you may have for me.

Acceptance

Once we have decided that we will work together, I will give you time to read over and sign the supervision contact. If you have any questions or concerns, we can always set up another meeting to go over everything.

Creating Your Plan

In our first session, we will discuss how we will structure each session. You can let me know what works well for you and specific areas you would like to discuss.
